over 25 years of experience as a corporate attorney, specializing in intellectual property law in the financial services
industry and more than 10 years working on many assignments with non
profits on the East Coast and on the Central Coast of California. Some representative clients are: The SLO
Little Theatre, Foundation for the Performing Arts Center, Dunn School and Cuesta Master Chorale.
Her philanthropic contributions include fundraising counselling,
including appeal letters, event planning and capital campaign work; publicity for non profits; consulting services
with respect to strategic planning, board development and fundraising best practices. Clients are comprised of
several non profits focusing on education, the arts and community services.
